SPX provides parcel delivery services and online tracking via its website. Once you receive a tracking number, you can check the delivery status through official channels.
Using SPX for an order depends on the service area, size, weight, and accepted item types. Please have our team confirm before making payment.

- SME & Wholesale Rates for Bangkok: Shipping fees apply at current rates, with free shipping when the order total meets or exceeds the specified threshold.
- Other Areas or Additional Services: Have our team check the conditions based on your item list and destination.
Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are subject to change. Please request an order total summary from our team before paying; do not use carrier promotional rates in place of the order shipping fee.
Before Choosing SPX Delivery
Size, weight, packaging, and acceptance restrictions must comply with SPX conditions—especially for high-volume items such as bundled boxes and bubble wrap, which should always be verified by our team first.
Delivery transit time depends on the origin, destination, pickup cutoff schedule, and shipping conditions, and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

From Item List to Receiving Your Order
- Send Your List: Share product codes, quantities, and your destination address via LINE.
- Verify Total: Confirm items, pricing tier, shipping fee, and delivery queue with our team.
- Track: When shipped via a carrier that provides a tracking number, use the number provided to check status with that carrier.
- Inspect on Delivery: Check item quantities and condition; keep photos of the packaging, shipping label, and items if any issue is found, then contact our team.
