Understanding each spec

15 micron thickness

Micron is the unit used to measure the film thickness. This product is 15 microns thick. If you have used stretch film of another thickness before, you can compare this number with your old one and test wrap it on your actual items to see if it suits your job.

50 cm width

The 50 cm width is how wide the film sheet is on each wrap around. Before choosing, you should measure the height or the side of the item you need to wrap to estimate the number of wraps and the overlap needed.

300 m length

One roll of film is 300 m long. How much you actually get out of it depends on how you wrap, the overlap, and the shape of the items, so you should test it on your real job before estimating how many rolls you need.

2-inch core size

The center core of the roll is 2 inches. If you plan to use it with a handle or a film dispenser, please check that your tool fits a 2-inch core before ordering.

Sold by the roll

The selling unit for this item is 1 roll. When planning your order, you should estimate the number of rolls based on your packing volume and the results from your test run.

How to pick the right stretch film for your job

1. Measure your items first Measure the height and the distance around the item or group of boxes you need to wrap, then compare it with the 50 cm width.
2. Check your existing tools If you use a handle or a wrapping tool, check that it fits a 2-inch core.
3. Compare the thickness with film you have used before Use the 15 micron number to compare with your previous film, without choosing based on thickness alone.
4. Test wrap on your actual items Before using it for a big batch, do a test wrap and check the results for yourself.
5. Estimate the number of rolls Calculate based on your workload and the test wrap results, because the product is sold by the roll.

Basic usage guide

• Line up your items or boxes neatly before you start wrapping.
• Set the wrapping direction and overlap to suit the shape of your items.
• Watch how it goes while wrapping and adjust how you use it to fit the actual job.
• If your items have sharp corners or edges, consider using corner protectors as needed, and check the film after wrapping.
• Check the items after wrapping before storing or sending them out.

Wrapping results depend on the weight, shape, wrapping method, and shipping conditions of each job. You should test and check it with your own items before actual use.
