The unprinted No.1 has a length of 100 cm and a 30 x 30 cm cross-section. It is great to compare if you have long items that need more cross-section space than the P4. This is an unprinted 3-ply C-flute (corrugation) regular slotted box (flaps meet in the middle) corrugated cardboard box made from KA/M 125/105/105 gsm paper.

Choosing the size and arranging items before packing

Mainly measure the widest or sticking-out parts of your item. Pad the ends and side gaps so the item does not move around. You must check your courier's parcel size rules before getting it ready to ship.

1. Measure your items after they are fully wrapped or bundled together, including width, length, and height, plus any sticking-out parts that might hit the box.
2. Fold the regular slotted box (flaps meet in the middle) together and tape the bottom properly. Place your items and padding inside without making the walls bulge or pushing the flaps up.
3. Check that the items do not slide into each other and the top flaps close nicely along the box's shape. Then seal it with tape and stick the shipping label on so it is easy to read.
